Democrats urge Senator Franken to quit amid groping claims

Some two dozen Democratic senators have called on US Senator Al Franken to resign amid sexual misconduct claims.

In statements free virtually at the same time on Wednesday, a bunch of Democratic lawmakers same the embattled North Star State legislator should step down.


Mr Franken, a former Sabbatum Night Live comedian, has been defendant of hesitant and sexually harassing seven ladies, as well as a US military veteran.
